About Otto Hörsing
Friedrich Otto Hörsing was a German Social Democratic politician who served as chairman of the Reichsbanner Schwarz-Rot-Gold from its foundation in 1924 until 1931. He also served as a member of the Reichstag from 1919 to 1922, and the Landtag of Prussia from 1925 to 1933.
