
DOJ files misconduct complaints against seven Minnesota judges over immigration interviews

Patrick Joseph Schiltz is an American lawyer and jurist serving as a senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. He was appointed to the Minnesota federal district court in 2006 by President George W. Bush. Before becoming a federal judge, Schiltz was a law professor at the University of St. Thomas and the University of Notre Dame.
