About Sir Francis Habgood
Sir Francis John Stapylton Habgood is a retired senior British police officer. He was the Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police. He was appointed in April 2015. He is also a visiting fellow at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford. He holds the Queen's Police Medal.
