Sirius Real Estate Completes Fulda Defence Park Purchase

Sirius Real Estate completed the €49.8 million acquisition of a fully let light-industrial business park in Fulda, Germany, encompassing 57,771 sqm of lettable space on a 112,867 sqm site, with annual rent around €3.93 million and an EPRA NIY of 7.8%. The production-led asset is anchored by a major ballistic protection equipment manufacturer and is supported long-term by defence and security programmes, aligning with Sirius's strategy to invest in well-located industrial parks with government-backed demand.
