USL Q1 net profit rises to ₹463 crore
United Spirits posted a roughly ₹6,113–₹6,122 crore revenue for Q1 FY27 with standalone net profit surging about 51.5% to ₹391 crore, led by a double-digit rise in the Prestige & Above segment even as the popular portfolio declined due to state policy changes. The company also advanced strategic moves, including a ₹2.69 crore investment to acquire 10.08% of Nuvola Spirits and the planned sale of Royal Challengers Sports, owner of the RCB franchise, while continuing to leverage its premium portfolio and sports-related revenue mix.
