HFCL reported a strong Q1 FY27 with revenue of ₹1,914.98 crore, up about 120% year-on-year, and a net profit of ₹245.6 crore reversing the prior-year loss. EBITDA rose to ₹445.27 crore with an EBITDA margin of 23.25%, while PBT stood at ₹331.52 crore. Exports surged to ₹1,063.30 crore, making up 55.5% of revenue, and the company’s order book reached about ₹26,665 crore, signaling strong long-term visibility. HFCL also raised its FY27 revenue growth target to 40% from 20%. Additionally, the company approved a ₹215 crore manufacturing facility for data-centre connectivity with a capacity of 270,000 assemblies per year, slated to be commissioned by September 2027, alongside capacity expansion in optical fibre products to meet growing AI and hyperscale data-centre demand.
