Welspun Specialty Solutions posts Q1 profit, margins rise

Welspun Specialty Solutions posted Q1 FY27 revenue of about ₹194 crore and net profit of ₹5.16 crore, returning to profitability after a loss last year, aided by better operational efficiency and lower finance costs. Revenue dipped around 3-4% year-on-year to support EBITDA of ₹10.54 crore and expanded EBITDA margin to 5.4%, driven by stable demand in alloy and stainless steel for defense, energy, and heavy engineering sectors.

TVS Motor Q1 Profit Surges 67%

TVS Motor posted a strong Q1 FY27 with net profit up around 51% to 67% year-on-year and revenue increasing about 33-38%, underpinned by robust demand in domestic and international markets and record quarterly sales across motorcycles, scooters, and EVs. Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Q1 Profit Surges

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC reported strong Q1 FY27 results with consolidated net profit of ₹309.49 crore, up about 65% year-on-year, on revenue of ₹462.96 crore and total income of ₹625.35 crore, with basic EPS of ₹10.72; standalone profit stood at ₹311.38 crore on revenue of ₹455.52 crore. The company highlighted sustained AUM growth and a broadened distribution network, with mutual fund AUM around ₹4,277 billion and a multi-channel footprint across 310 locations and 95,500 distributors, while expanding passive and alternative investments.

Batliboi wins Rs52 crore SAEL order

Batliboi Ltd's EEG Division has secured a ₹52 crore contract from SAEL Industries to design, supply, install and commission a PEX system for a 6 GW solar cell facility at Jewar, Uttar Pradesh, with commissioning expected in 6–8 months as part of its push into India's indigenous solar manufacturing.
