Stelar Identifies Tungsten Drill Targets via UHD Survey
Stelar Metals’ ultra-high-definition airborne survey over the Hill of Leaders tungsten project has yielded outstanding results, with AI-assisted processing identifying multiple new drill targets that were not evident in historical data. The survey, flown at 25-meter line spacing and 30-meter height, reveals subtle structures and alteration zones associated with known tungsten-rich vein sets and highlights targets where granite is obscured by shallow cover. The data enhancements extend exploration potential beyond surface outcrops, enabling more precise drill siting and targeting of vein-hosted tungsten mineralisation. AI analysis is actively refining priority areas ahead of a planned RC drilling program, which is expected to commence in the coming weeks. The findings are being integrated with final magnetic and radiometric datasets to further sharpen drill targets and expand the project footprint. These developments reinforce Stelar’s approach of using UHD geophysics and AI to unlock value from previously underexplored granite-hosted tungsten systems.
