Cascade Wealth Raises Stakes in ETFs Across Portfolio
Cascade Wealth Advisors Inc expanded its positions across several exchange-traded funds in the first quarter, boosting its stakes in DFAS, IYRI, VONG, and SPYI. The firm raised its DFAS holding by 7.7% to 105,961 shares, making it a 13th-largest position in its portfolio. It increased NEOS Real Estate High Income ETF (IYRI) by 19.8% to 127,879 shares, and lifted its Vanguard Russell 1000 Growth ETF (VONG) by 10.2% to 65,644 shares. In addition, Cascade grew its NEOS S&P 500 High Income ETF (SPYI) by 3.2% to 340,419 shares, solidifying it as the portfolio’s second-largest position. Across these funds, Cascade’s holdings show a diversified tilt toward real estate income and high-income equity strategies, with notable weights in IYRI and SPYI. Other institutional investors also adjusted positions in these funds, illustrating broader activity in alternative and income-oriented ETFs.
