Former West Point Cadet Faces Lawsuit Alleging Forced Abortion via Drugs

A former West Point cadet, Caleb Suh, is facing a civil lawsuit from his former girlfriend, who alleges he drugged her and secretly administered abortion medication in 2022, causing her to miscarry. Suh pleaded guilty to assault in federal court in June 2026, admitting he used her identity to obtain the pills and sedated her before giving them to her without consent. The woman, who wanted to continue the pregnancy, says she became seriously ill and was hospitalized; her suit seeks damages for assault and battery. After leaving West Point, Suh graduated from Cornell and began public health studies at Columbia, where his current status is unclear. His federal sentencing is scheduled for January 2027.
