Four Men Arrested After Undercover Sting Targeting Minors in Johnson City

Four men were arrested after a two-day undercover operation in the Johnson City, Tennessee, area targeting human trafficking and people seeking sexual activity with minors. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Johnson City police and Homeland Security Investigations used decoy online advertisements; the men face charges including solicitation of a minor, patronizing prostitution of a minor and, in one case, evading arrest. A woman identified during a separate effort to locate potential trafficking victims was offered services through Grow Free Tennessee. The charges are accusations, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
