Hikma Pharmaceuticals maintained its 2026 revenue-growth guidance of 2% to 4% and narrowed its expected operating-profit range to $740 million to $760 million, from $720 million to $770 million. The company raised its branded-business revenue-growth outlook to about 10%, from 6% to 8%, and expects the division’s core operating margin to approach 27%, citing strong demand in the Middle East and North Africa, new launches and a favorable product mix. That strength offsets a weaker outlook for Injectables, whose revenue is now expected to be broadly flat amid pricing pressure, lower contract-manufacturing activity in Europe and Canada, and supply disruptions; its margin forecast remains 27% to 28%. Hikma said its U.S. generics business is expected to remain broadly flat, while it continues investing in product launches, commercial operations and research and development.

What each side asserts, disputes — or leaves out entirely.
Whose framing of this story rings truest to you?
The 2 to 4 percent revenue outlook still feels cautious given how much the branded side has to carry the weaker divisions.
Branded medicines hitting 10 percent growth looks like the real bright spot keeping overall revenue guidance steady.
Narrowing the profit range to that tight band suggests Hikma is getting more realistic about injectables staying flat.
