Lions’ Campbell Reports Full Lower-Body Movement, Upper-Body Progress

Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell said he has full movement in his lower body and is making progress regaining movement in his upper body after a neck injury during Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. Campbell, who remains hospitalized, said he is optimistic and taking his recovery day by day. He also thanked his family, teammates, and the medical personnel who treated him on the field and at the hospital.
