LIV Golf Sued for $1 Million by Mobii
Mobii Systems Group has sued LIV Golf in U.S. District Court in Miami for more than $1.13 million, alleging unpaid licensing ($820,600) and usage fees ($104,500) for the 2026 season plus $209,531 in lost revenue from six remaining events under a two-year contract that LIV allegedly breached. The suit comes as LIV faces broader financial strain and the decision to discontinue the “Any Shot, Any Time” platform, with LIV having paid through 2025 under the same deal and later signaling a review of its business model and partnerships.
