Frasers surpasses 30% Hugo Boss stake, triggers bid

Frasers Group has pushed its Hugo Boss stake above the 30% threshold, triggering a mandatory takeover bid for the remaining shares, and now holds about 30.28% of the stock. The €38-per-share offer remains open until 27 July, while Hugo Boss has urged investors not to accept, saying the price undervalues the business.

Alkane Resources Plans Maiden Dividend Amid Record Cash

Alkane Resources posted FY26 production of 168,337 gold-equivalent ounces with an all-in sustaining cost of $2,925/oz, supported by a record quarterly cash balance of $454 million and a Q4 output of 42,491 ounces. The company also announced its first-ever fully franked dividend of 2 cents per share and provided FY27 guidance of 163,000–177,000 gold-equivalent ounces at an AISC of $2,900–$3,200/oz, with ongoing exploration highlighting gold-copper mineralisation at Northern Molong.
