Himachal Reports Monsoon Losses Near Rs1,000 Crore

Himachal Pradesh faces estimated monsoon-related losses of 800-1,000 crore, while officials say the disaster response system is fully activated with top-class preparedness and real-time reporting through the State Emergency Operations Centre. Pre-monsoon preparedness meetings, pre-positioned NDRF/SDRF teams, and integrated district-level coordination are enabling rapid response across affected districts such as Kangra and Chamba.
