In July, several small-cap or niche stocks saw dramatic shifts in short interest: Guided Therapeutics, Prio S.A., and Q.E.P. Co. all posted steep declines in short interest (92.7%, 95.3%, and 99.6% respectively), while the Obra Opportunistic Structured Products ETF experienced a massive 1,396.7% increase. Days-to-cover remained near zero for most, reflecting limited shorting activity relative to volume.
