Hindustan Zinc Posts Record Q1 Profit, Revenue Surge
Hindustan Zinc posted a blockbuster Q1 FY27, with net profit up 145% to ₹5,469 crore and revenue up about 77% to ₹13,747 crore, underpinned by a near-doubling of EBITDA and a low-cost production model. The company also announced Amarendu Prakash as CEO, highlighting continued debottlenecking and strong by-product and metal prices as drivers of the earnings surge.
