Plot
Bene, Boris, Jegel, and Oki are police officers in the city of Yamakarta (definitely Jakarta) investigating a secret illegal exchange in a storage warehouse. After an epic fighting montage, they realized they had beaten up the wrong person and it was the Police Chief's nephew working on the exchange. All four of them were scolded by Ario. Disappointed and regretful, they were talking about their problems. Jegel had to send money to his mother at home, Bene had to pay his younger sister's college tuition, Oki had to pay his wife's childbirth costs, and Boris is currently about to get divorced from his wife, Gina and dispute on who is taking care of Aluna, their daughter.
Meanwhile, Ario reports to Chief Yunus that the murderer of mayor's son, Freddy, led to a nursing home, he suggests that the four should be given a chance to find the murderer in the nursing home, but Chief Yunus denies it, sending someone else.
Meanwhile, in the nursing home, caretakers Ayu, Tantri, and Martha are doing their jobs as usual. As Oma Ida, a blind woman waits for his son, Fajar to visit, Jihan observes the whole court, and Koh Acim, Karni, and Darso talking about Darso's military service in Timor. Three men sent by Chief Yunus arrived for a job application and went to the owner of the nursing home, Linda Rajagukguk, only for all 3 of them to get rejected. Desperate, Ario sends Bene, Oki, Boris, and Jegel to the nursing home, Bene says it's a good idea to send the four of them because he is also a Batak tribe, like Linda. But only Jegel and Bene are able to attend the interview as Oki and Boris has to go to the courthouse.
The next morning, Jegel and Bene arrived at the nursing home and had their interview with Linda, however, she only needed 2 male caretakers and can't hold more. Jegel suggested that Oki and Boris had to infiltrate the nursing home as elders but only husband and wife couple. Hearing this, Oki went into a fit of rage, choking both Jegel and Bene who was trying to say it is the only solution. Oki and Boris went to the police station and start to wear their disguises from a makeup artist Ario hired with Oki as an elderly woman and Boris as an elderly man.
Oki and Boris successfully entered the nursing home, Jegel and Bene does their everyday work there. Jegel grew a deep bond with Koh Acim like father and son. The next morning, someone has to sneak inside Linda's office and find records of the nursing home occupants. Oki and Boris creates a diversion by a fight, while Bene and Jegel searches for the occupants' records. Their prime suspects who came in with the murderer are Oma Ida, Jihan, Koh Acim, Darso, and Karni. Jegel and Bene sneak into every suspects' room to find evidence, and to make sure Oma Ida is blind, they used ghost disguises (a reference from the first film) that evening to scare Oma Ida but scared Linda, Martha, Ayu, and Tantri instead.
On the next evening, Jihan left the nursing home, the four followed them in a car that leads to a graveyard. They soon left after being scared by Jihan's son-in-law appearing from nowhere. As they return, Jegel and Bene made an excuse that Oki and Boris were having a husband and wife date night, Linda requests them to kiss as it reminds her to her parents. Oki and Boris reluctantly kissed as Jegel said yes to make the situation less tense. Oki vows to beat up Jegel for that incident.
A day later, a new clue has been found that the murderer is left-handed. Bene and Jegel shares the competition forms for Proclamation Day event. Jegel shared a form to Koh Acim who he discovered was left-handed and forgot to wear his hearing aid. The four confronted Koh Acim, demanding answers for Freddy's murder. Just then, Boris crashes out after Gita announces that she will move to Malaysia on that evening, causing Koh Acim to have a heart attack out of panic. Linda rushed to Koh Acim and tells the four of them to get out.
The four were dishonorably discharged from the police for breaking ethical codes soon after. The incident went viral in every social media. Jegel visits Koh Acim in the hospital to apologize. However, Koh Acim confessed that he was Freddy's murderer. Acim's daughter used to work in Freddy's club, but was harassed, fell down the stairs, and died after trying to avoid him. Freddy tried to make peace with Acim using a briefcase of money, but Acim denies it. Out of rage, Freddy attacks Acim with a knife but was quickly overpowered and stabbed to death. Koh Acim gave a paper of the location where he buried the money Freddy gave to Jegel.
Jegel tells the others that the money could be used to pay off Koh Acim's medical debts. Jegel, Oki, Boris, and Bene arrived at the spot where Koh Acim buried the money, only to be in front of a mosque. The next evening, Oki and Jegel were flabbergasted as Boris and Bene, not knowing what to wear in a mosque, decides to wear flashy Kyai outfit. After prayers and lectures by Bene, who was thought to be a popular kyai, the four dug out the money and bring it back to Koh Acim who had a vision of his daughter. Sadly, Koh Acim passed away in front of the four.
After Koh Acim's funeral, the four returned to the nursing home to give the money to Linda as it was Koh Acim's final wish. Eventually, the money was used for renovations and the four were re-hired to the nursing home, Boris thanks Linda for Gina to work in the nursing home as the cook with Aluna, and Ario bids farewell to the four as he is being moved somewhere else. Days later, Oma Ida's son, Fajar finally paid her a visit.
