Andrei Nikolayevich Troshev, nicknamed Sedoi, is a Russian retired colonel, former agent for the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and a veteran of the Soviet-Afghan War, the Second Chechen War, and the Russian military intervention in the Syrian civil war. He was awarded the Hero of the Russian Federation, the highest honorary title in Russia, for his service.
