Bauyrjan Qydyrgaliuly Baibek is a Kazakh politician who served as the äkim of Almaty from 9 August 2015 to 28 June 2019. Baibek was the First Deputy Chairman of Nur Otan from 29 June 2019 to 2 February 2022 and previously from 17 January 2013 to 8 August 2015.
