Bill Cable was an American model, actor, stunt performer and screenwriter. Beginning in 1970, he modeled under the alias Stoner for COLT Studio, where he was photographed by Jim French. His image appeared in numerous publications, including Playgirl, and on the premiere April 1975 cover of Mandate, photographed by French.
