Christopher M. E. Rowland Payne is a British dermatologist. He first described Rowland Payne syndrome in 1981, was the founding editor of the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, and in 2024 became the first president of the Royal Society of Medicine's Section of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery.
