David Andrew Pepper is an American politician and writer. Pepper was chairman of the Ohio Democratic Party from 2015 through 2020, a former councilman for the city of Cincinnati, and a former member of the Hamilton County, Ohio, board of commissioners. He is the author of several publications regarding efforts to preserve democracy in the United States.
