Elizabeth de Berkeley, Countess of Warwick and 4th Baroness Lisle, was an English noblewoman and heiress. She was the only child of Thomas de Berkeley, 5th Baron Berkeley, and Margaret de Lisle, 3rd Baroness Lisle.
