FirstService Reports Q2 2026 Earnings Beat, Revenue Miss

FirstService reported Q2 2026 revenue of about $1.45 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $161.7 million, with profit roughly in line with expectations as the Residential segment grew while the Brands segment faced a decline due to Roofing activity; management cited macro headwinds that tempered organic growth. The company signaled a modestly positive outlook for the second half and reinforced conviction with a $248 million share repurchase, noting that top-line growth should be similar to or slightly better than year-to-date performance.
