José Enrique Fernández de Moya Romero is a Spanish politician. He served as Secretary of State for Finance and, therefore, ex officio President of the Spanish Tax Agency from 2016 to June 2018. He was also the Mayor of Jaén and a member of the Congress of Deputies.
