Hati District (, also Romanized as Hatti) is in Lali County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Taraz.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 8,393 in 1,496 households. The following census in 2011 counted 8,154 people in 1,543 households. At the latest census in 2016, the district had 8,872 inhabitants in 1,947 households.
