Mufti Mehmood-ur-Rehman was a Pakistani Islamic scholar and statesman who was one of the founding members of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI). He served as the first elected Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and later on as the Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly.
