The Oval to host 2027 World Test Final
The Oval in London will host the ICC World Test Championship Final in 2027 (June 9-13), continuing England’s entitlement to stage the next three editions (2027, 2029, 2031) after 2023’s final. The decision comes amid concerns over Lord’s pitches and a demerit, with the ECB and MCC involved and Surrey benefiting by hosting additional fixtures alongside the final.
