About It's Your Move
It's Your Move is an American sitcom television series created by Ron Leavitt and Michael G. Moye, starring Jason Bateman, Tricia Cast, Caren Kaye, Ernie Sabella, David Garrison, Adam Sadowsky, and Garrett Morris. The show originally aired on NBC from September 26, 1984, to February 23, 1985, running for 18 episodes. The series starred Bateman as Matthew Burton, a teenage con artist whose schemes are upended when a writer named Norman Lamb (Garrison) moves in across the hall and begins dating his widowed mother. Leavitt and Moye went on to co-create Married... with Children for Fox, bringing Garrison along to that series.
