Prince Janusz Ostrogski was a Polish–Lithuanian noble and statesman. He served as a voivode of Volhynia (1584–1593), as a castellan of Kraków, and as a starosta of Bohuslav, Biała Cerkiew, Czerkasy and Kaniów, Perejasław and Włodzimierz.
