MFE – MediaForEurope N.V., commonly referred to as MediaForEurope, formerly Mediaset Group, is an Italian multinational media and communications company which is majority-owned by the Berlusconi family's Fininvest Group. MFE specialises primarily in free-to-air and pay-TV production and distribution on multiple platforms, as well as in film and multimedia production and distribution, and advertising sales. It has operations in Italy and Spain ; it is also the largest single shareholder in ProSiebenSat.1 Media (Germany) at 75.61%.
