Omar Enrique Barboza Gutiérrez is a Venezuelan politician who served as the 9th President of the National Assembly of Venezuela from 2018 to 2019. He was a member of the Venezuelan Chamber of Deputies and assembly. Prior to his tenure in the legislature he was the governor of Zulia from 1985 to 1989.
