TMK Energy appointed Steve Skinner, a US-based petroleum engineer and private equity veteran, as chief operating officer to drive the commercialization of the Gurvantes XXXV Coal Seam Gas Project in Mongolia. Skinner's appointment follows his March cornerstone investment and focuses TMK on moving from early-stage appraisal to higher gas production and capital efficiency, backed by positive pilot-well signals and strategic proximity to major markets.
