Surakiart Sathirathai is a Thai politician who, from 2005 to 2006, served as Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, overseeing Foreign Affairs, Education and Culture. He previously served as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2001 to 2005. He is former President of the Asian Society of International Law and former President of the Asian Peace and Reconciliation Council.
