Thomas James Bailey Jr. is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver for one season with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Auburn Tigers. He also played seven seasons in the Arena Football League (AFL) and one season in the World League of American Football (WLAF).
