MoneyMe Reaches $2 Billion Loan Book
MoneyMe's gross loan book surpassed $2.08 billion at 30 June, up 34% year on year, with FY26 originations of $1.23 billion, a record. Revenue for FY26 rose to $249 million, including $70 million in the fourth quarter, and the company delivered positive normalised NPAT of $0.5 million in the second half after a first-half loss. The group narrowed its FY26 NPAT loss to $4.1 million from $15.5 million the prior year, signaling an inflection point as credit quality improved. Net credit losses fell to 2.4% and 90+ arrears to 81 basis points, while secured assets accounted for 59% of the book and net interest margin stood at 6.5%. MoneyMe also completed about $1.023 billion of securitisation in FY26, helping to lower funding costs and support growth. AI-driven enhancements across credit decisioning, operations and marketing underpinned higher origination volumes, while product launches including a Cashback Rewards Card and an Energy Upgrade Personal Loan, along with migrating Freestyle customers, positioned the company for continued expansion and potential profitability in FY27.
