Pfizer Raises 2026 Revenue Forecast to 62-64 Billion
Pfizer on Nov. 3, 2026 reported third-quarter revenue of about $16.6 billion, essentially flat versus $16.65 billion a year earlier, and raised 2026 revenue guidance to $62.0-$64.0 billion from $60.5-$62.5 billion. Adjusted diluted EPS was $0.87, flat year-over-year and $0.14 above estimates. Reported diluted EPS fell 9% to $0.56, and reported net income declined 8% to $3.24 billion. Excluding Comirnaty and Paxlovid, revenue grew 7% operationally. Eliquis revenue rose 25% operationally to $2.52 billion; Padcev rose 55% operationally. The company also raised 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $2.95-$3.05 and adjusted R&D guidance, named Cecile Guegan CFO effective Nov. 1, and noted Phase 3 progress for Elrexfio and Litfulo plus expanded Talzenna and Tukysa labels. Contested: no disputes found in the record. Coverage differs mainly in emphasis between the guidance raise and earnings beats versus flat total revenue and COVID-product declines. Guidance assumes roughly $1.1 billion of generic and biosimilar pressure; nine-month results included $4.3 billion of intangible impairments.
