Steven Stamkos scored on a power play 2:18 into overtime to give the Nashville Predators a 3-2 road win over the Colorado Avalanche and their third straight victory. Vitali Pinchuk scored his first NHL goal, Ross Colton also scored for Nashville, and goaltender Justus Annunen made 30 saves. Stamkos’s winner was his 247th career power-play goal, tying Luc Robitaille for fifth in NHL history. Colorado got goals from Jaden Schwartz and Parker Kelly but was unable to convert on any of its three power plays.
