Paul Friedrich von Benckendorff was a Baltic German landowner and politician in the Russian Empire. He served as head of the Estonian Knighthood from 1824 to 1827, as a member of the provincial council from 1827, and as civil governor of the Governorate of Estonia from 1833 until his death in 1841.
