Rangers left-hander Jordan Montgomery is in his seventh rehab start with Triple-A Round Rock, reaching up to 75 pitches in 4 1/3 innings as he weighs a potential return to the MLB rotation. If activated, Montgomery could join the Rangers’ rotation next week, possibly in a six-man setup to give rest to Jacob deGrom and Nathan Eovaldi, with Cody Bradford continuing to be developed as a rotation option.
