Mizzou women top Little Rock 73-50 behind Slaughter's 23 points

Missouri women’s basketball defeated Little Rock 73-50 on the road, improving to 2-0. After a tied first quarter, the Tigers used a strong second-quarter run to take a nine-point halftime lead and pulled away after the break. Grace Slaughter led all scorers with 23 points and added seven rebounds, while Natalya Hodge scored 15 points off the bench, including three three-pointers. Missouri’s size and defense also made an impact, as the Tigers outrebounded Little Rock and first-year Ellie Muller recorded all four of their blocks.
