Oklahoma City Thunder guard Alex Caruso left Monday’s game against the Phoenix Suns late in the second quarter after injuring his right ankle and was ruled out for the rest of the game with a sprain. His injury adds to the Thunder’s depleted lineup: Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace were injured the night before and need surgery, while Chet Holmgren missed the game with knee tendinitis. Ajay Mitchell and Jared McCain started in place of Williams and Wallace.
