Ravens Sign Slovis Amid Quarterback Injuries

The Baltimore Ravens signed quarterback Kedon Slovis off the Green Bay Packers practice squad to the 53-man roster after injuries thinned the position ahead of Thursday night against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Lamar Jackson left Sunday's loss to Buffalo after one pass attempt with a thumb injury and went on injured reserve; Tyler Huntley also exited with a toe injury whose status is in doubt. Joe Fagnano finished that game 10-for-21 for 91 yards and an interception. The Ravens separately signed Austin Reed to the practice squad. Slovis, 25, has completed 1 of 2 passes for -2 yards with Arizona in 2025. Asked about the lack of healthy quarterbacks, coach Jesse Minter said the team was "kind of working through some things." Green Bay is expected to use Cam Miller as its practice-squad quarterback in Slovis's place. Who starts Thursday remains unresolved.

“Ravens Sign Slovis Amid Quarterback Injuries”Baltimore must be scrambling hard with three quarterbacks banged up, pulling Slovis off another team's squad feels like a last-minute fix.
Lamar on IR with that thumb injury leaves a big hole, hope Slovis can handle the snaps against Jacksonville without much practice.
